RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of stickers and small handmade items, all sales are final.

RETURNS

PixiePop does not accept returns or exchanges.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Refunds or replacements will only be offered in the following cases:

    •    Your order arrives damaged

    •    You received the wrong item

If there is an issue with your order, please contact PixiePop within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so the issue can be resolved.

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

    •    Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

    •    Incorrect address provided at checkout.

    •    Packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

    •    Normal wear and tear or minor variations in color due to screen differences.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

SHIPPING RATES

PixiePop offers flat-rate shipping on all orders.

Free shipping on U.S. orders of $60 or more.

Shipping costs will be clearly shown at checkout.

DELIVERY TIME

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States.

PixiePop currently ships domestic (U.S.) orders only.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

LOST OR DELAYED MAIL

PixiePop is not responsible for delays once an order has been shipped. PixiePop is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package appears lost or has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact me and I’ll do my best to help.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. PixiePop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
