Event pickup orders must be arranged in advance and confirmed before the event.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.
During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
PACKAGING
Orders are packed with care to ensure your stickers arrive safely.
SHIPPING RATES
PixiePop offers flat-rate shipping on all orders.
Free shipping on U.S. orders of $50 or more.
Shipping costs will be clearly shown at checkout.
DELIVERY TIME
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States.
PixiePop currently ships domestic (U.S.) orders only.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
LOST OR DELAYED MAIL
PixiePop is not responsible for delays once an order has been shipped.
PixiePop is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
