REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Refunds or replacements will only be offered in the following cases:

    •    Your order arrives damaged

    •    You received the wrong item

If there is an issue with your order, please contact PixiePop within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so the issue can be resolved.

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

    •    Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

    •    Incorrect address provided at checkout.

    •    Packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

    •    Normal wear and tear or minor variations in color due to screen differences.
